Many Australian employers are struggling to secure skilled staff for their business. At API, we help you sponsor or nominate foreign national employees for positions that cannot be filled by an Australian worker. Please contact us to find out the right visa subclass based on your business needs.
Having your skills assessed is a requirement for skilled migration to Australia. You need a positive skills assessment in your nominated occupation for subclasses 189, 190, 491, 186, 494 and some 482 visas. Temporarily, a provisional skills assessment is not required for SC 485 visa applications (between 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023).
We have proudly helped hundreds of applicants to get a positive skills assessment outcome from VETASSESS, TRA, Engineers Australia, ACS, CPA, ACECQA and other assessing authorities. This service can be provided as a part of your visa application agreement or independently.
Each state or territory has its own occupation list and eligibility criteria. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to determine the available states/territories for your nominated occupation and the requirements.
